What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping is FOB Edmonton, AB, all orders are shipped collect unless prior arrangements are made.  We have UPS, Purolator, DHL, plus many other local trucking and couriers available.

Yes, we ship internationally.  Available methods are UPS, Purolator and DHL.  Remember some customs charges and duty may be applicable.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on your location and level of service desired, shipments can range from next day delivery to several days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

For customers with active accounts, purchase orders are accepted. Other available payment methods include VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. Personal cheques will also be accepted but the goods will not be shipped until the cheque clears the bank.

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is simple, you can call the toll free number 1-844-955-9559 and place your order with the order desk.  The same number can be used by a fax to order.  Email orders are also accepted at info@archersales.ca

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may cancel your order as long as it has not shipped.  You may change an existing order as long as it has not shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order.  Customers with established credit accounts can issue purchase orders to process an order.  Cash sales will be processed on an individual basis.

How Do I Track My Order?

A tracking number is available with each shipping method.  The tracking number is listed on the invoice and you may track it on the carriers website.

How Can I Return a Product?

Products that new, have the original packaging and are unused may be returned for credit. Restocking charges may apply. Special order items are not returnable.
